Join Blaze, the fastest-growing casino in LATAM, as an HR People Operation Analyst! This role ensures the effective execution of HR operational processes, focusing on payroll, time tracking, benefits, and supporting the HRBP area. You will work cross-functionally, acting as a key link between People Ops, Payroll, and external vendors. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate employee records, partnering with the Payroll Manager, controlling time tracking systems, administering employee benefits, and coordinating onboarding/offboarding tasks. You will also propose process improvements, create internal documentation, and maintain HR databases. This remote position offers a chance to contribute to a dynamic and growing iGaming company.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with HR role
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Administration, Finance, or related area
  • Advanced English
  • Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Brazilian labor law (CLT), taxes, and onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Familiarity with payroll, benefits and time tracking systems (e.g., ADP, Deel, Flash, etc.)
  • Ability to organize and maintain structured HR databases and documents
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Clear and objective communication
  • Conflict resolution and quick decision-making
  • Organization and focus on results
  • Ability to adapt in high-pressure situations
  • Collaboration with different areas and profiles
  • Commitment to deadlines, compliance, and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Ensure our HR system and all employee records are up to date and correct
  • Partner with our Payroll Manager to ensure they have everything they need to run an error-free payroll
  • Control and audit time tracking systems (work hours, overtime, time banks, absences)
  • Administer employee benefits (healthcare, meal/food allowances, etc.)
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding tasks
  • Coordinate offboarding tasks
  • Partner with our HRBP to propose improvements in our process
  • Create and maintain internal documents such as SOPโ€™s and manuals
