Requirements

• Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and a strong understanding of recruitment workflows and processes
• Familiarity with HRIS and CRM tools, and the ability to leverage them effectively in project management and reporting
• A business background with a keen interest in people-related topics, including talent acquisition and organizational development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the administration and configuration of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring its smooth operation and alignment with recruitment needs
• Collaborate with the Director of People Organisation & Development to support strategic projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition and organizational growth
• Manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders
• Generate reports and provide actionable insights from our full product suite to support data-driven decision-making for the People team and leadership
