Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience working with HubSpot, with proven expertise in utilizing its CRM and marketing tools effectively
  • Proficiency in managing and optimizing inbound marketing campaigns, including content creation, lead nurturing, and email marketing
  • Strong understanding of inbound marketing methodologies and CRM best practices within the HubSpot ecosystem
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with a proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workflows, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Utilize HubSpot to create, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns, including inbound strategies such as content creation, lead nurturing, and email marketing
  • Develop and execute inbound marketing campaigns to generate and convert leads, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and strategies
  • Manage and optimize CRM tasks within HubSpot to enhance lead tracking, customer relationships, and sales processes
  • Create and deploy engaging content that drives traffic, generates leads, and supports overall marketing objectives
  • Leverage HubSpot’s analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, derive insights and make data-driven decisions to improve marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand their objectives and implement effective strategies within HubSpot
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement within campaigns and workflows, making recommendations and implementing changes to enhance performance
  • Communicate progress, updates, and insights to team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout project execution
