Remote Human Resource Consultant

Summary

Join our team as an HR Consultant at IntelliPro, where you will oversee Overseas Branch Setup Consulting, manage Compensation & Benefits Policy Consulting, and lead Talent Recruiting efforts. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with clients in English and Dutch, and work independently and remotely.

Requirements

• Experience in HR Consultant Services, especially in EOR, TA, Staffing area for 3 years
• BD, Key Account, Client management experience preferred
• Understand local Labor laws, Payroll processes, with HR management expertise
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Bilingual proficiency in both Chinese and English, with Dutch as a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee Overseas Branch Setup Consulting
• Manage Compensation & Benefits Policy Consulting for the clients
• Lead Talent Recruiting efforts
• Oversee Employer Branding initiatives on a day-to-day basis
• Act as a staffing consultant and responsible for client relationship management
• Support Payroll management and EOR services for the clients
