Summary

- Assisting in the recruiting process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Coordinating new hire orientation and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
- Maintaining accurate and up to date employment records in the HRIS
- Creating new hire profiles in the performance management system
- Assisting in the development and distribution of HR policies and employee communications
- Acting as point of contact for employees HR related inquiries and providing a timely response
