Summary

KENTECH Consulting Inc. is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support the recruitment process and maintain efficient HR operations. The role involves assisting with recruiting, data entry and management, employee and candidate communication, and general HR support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ADP RUN, and Smart Recruiters
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on candidate and employee engagement
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• A team player with a proactive approach to solving problems and supporting the HR team

Responsibilities

• Assist the HR Director with the recruitment process
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
• Help screen resumes and process candidate information in our applicant tracking system (Smart Recruiters)
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date
• Collaborate with hiring managers to provide updates and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process
• Accurately input and manage employee and candidate data in our HRIS (ADP RUN)
• Regularly update and maintain employee and recruitment records
• Assist with benefits administration and respond to related employee inquiries
• Perform other HR and recruitment-related duties as assigned to support the team
