As part of our Seasonal HR Associate team, you'll play a crucial role in building and managing the team member experience across departments, ensuring they're equipped for success.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in HR, with a focus on high-volume recruitment, scheduling, and managing the team member experience
• Strong capability to oversee and manage HR operations, ensuring recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and offboarding processes are executed efficiently
• Ability to excel under pressure and quickly adapt to the dynamic demands of the season
• A supportive and approachable attitude, with a commitment to fostering a positive work environment for all associates
• Proficient in ATS, HRIS, scheduling software, and Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables

Responsibilities

• Lead high-volume hiring initiatives, identifying and securing top talent to enhance our team
• Effectively manage schedules and workforce logistics, ensuring optimal team performance throughout the season
• Deliver engaging and comprehensive orientations for new hires, ensuring they are well-prepared and feel welcomed from the start
• Manage the complete team member lifecycle, from application to offboarding
• Act as a key support contact for our associates, addressing their needs and ensuring they have the resources to succeed in their roles
• Leverage HR analytics to gain insights that drive our seasonal success
