Summary

Join ReSource Pro as an HR Business Partner to serve as the key Talent partner to the Tech and Finance Divisions. Responsible for project managing all talent-related initiatives, defining roles within the respective divisions, career-pathing, coordinating support from related talent teams, performance management, compensation studies, leading Talent deliverables in the Tech and Finance Divisions, and partnering with M&A team and Talent leadership on acquisitions and partnership opportunities. This is a remote position based anywhere in the United States.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Business, or related field
  • 10-12 years of Human Resources experience
  • 5+ years of experience with large-scale organization redesign projects, preferably within Tech and/or Finance departments
  • SHRM-SCP/SPHR OR Human Resources designation preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Tech and Finance Leadership to identify and define new and updated roles within the respective divisions
  • Establish defined career-pathing across Tech and Finance sub-departments to support long term organization design health and employee engagement
  • Serve as the Talent SME on Tech and Finance Division needs related to projects and coordinate support from related talent teams
  • Partner with Talent team on other HRBP-related tasks such as performance management, performance reviews, etc
  • Support Compensation Analyst with market compensation studies for redefined roles on the Tech and Finance teams
  • Serve as the lead project manager for Talent deliverables in the Tech and Finance Divisions; Lead the development, planning, and execution of deliverables
  • Partner closely with M&A team and Talent leadership on acquisitions and partnership opportunities related to the Tech and Finance Divisions
