Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the talent acquisition process (recruiting/screening interviews /hiring/onboarding new hires)
  • Be a lead driver of maintaining and improving company culture
  • Assist department heads with disciplinary actions and terminations
  • Maintain/update all employment records
  • Create and maintain a compliance strategy
  • Prepare and semi-monthly payroll
  • Compile company reports
  • Build and maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors
