Requirements

• Associates Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is desired or a combination of college, business related study and practical experience
• Experience working with multiple temporary/staffing agencies in multiple states
• Manage the learning management system (LMS), including course administration, user support and reporting on training metrics and outcomes
• Manage the employee recognition program
• Possess superior organizational skills and be able to prioritize and work simultaneously on several projects
• Knowledge of generalist level HR principles and have 1+ years of experience working in an HR discipline

Responsibilities

• Support, plan, develop, implement, and administer Human Resources related programs
• Serve as primary point of contact for all HR inquiries from assigned locations
• Support daily activity regarding temporary labor administration aka temp agencies
• Support learning and development
• Support employee rewards

Preferred Qualifications

• HR certification is a plus (SHRM-CP, PHR)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization
• Experience with Ultimate Software (UKG). highly preferred; however, will consider experience with a similar product
