Join Keeper's B2B Support team as a fully remote Implementation Operations Specialist in the United States. You will support the Implementation Operations Manager in driving internal development initiatives to enhance the department's efficiency and maturity. This role involves analyzing performance metrics, identifying process gaps, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will contribute to process improvements, develop internal documentation, and provide training. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or a similar analytical role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting complex data sets
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights and influence leadership decisions
- Creative thinking and resource development experience, particularly in designing internal or customer-facing materials
- Administrative experience with Salesforce and/or ServiceNow
- Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Bachelorβs degree in a business-related field (or equivalent experience)
Responsibilities
- Generate, analyze, and present reports on key team metrics to support data-driven decision-making
- Draft and present project proposals to the Director of Implementation, providing insights and recommendations for department growth
- Maintain data integrity by identifying and addressing gaps in tooling, reconciling data inconsistencies, and improving reporting processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including leadership, vendors, and other departments, to enhance implementation processes
- Support the development of internal documentation, playbooks, and customer-facing resources that improve implementation efficiency
- Assist in streamlining workflows by evaluating and optimizing current tooling, processes, and automation opportunities
- Act as a key contributor to process improvement initiatives by gathering feedback, analyzing trends, and implementing best practices
- Provide training and guidance on reporting and tooling improvements to ensure adoption across the team
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Experience working with BI tools
- Basic understanding of change management principles
- Experience in SaaS deployment, preferably with security software
