Summary

You will work remotely with travel to client sites (up to 50%) across North America. This role involves leading gap analysis sessions, configuring software, training end-users, collaborating with development teams, and supporting sales activities. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working with enterprise applications software, preferably in the utility sector
  • Familiarity with financial and revenue processes, customer care systems, service billing, and work & asset management in municipal or government settings
  • Business Analysis and Business Process Mapping experience
  • Experience with reporting and business intelligence applications and platforms
  • Proven ability to train users on enterprise software applications

Responsibilities

  • Lead gap analysis sessions to understand customer needs
  • Map to-be business processes
  • Configure, test, and tune the software
  • Map and assist with data conversions from legacy systems
  • Train end users throughout the project on software functionality and best practices
  • Provide hands-on support during user acceptance testing, Go Live and post-implementation stabilization
  • Collaborate with development & dev-ops teams to influence, design, and validate solutions
  • Assist the Project Manager in the creation and review of project documentation, including specifications for customizations
  • Support the Sales team and partners with presales activities such as product demonstrations and high-level gap analysis
  • Advise customers on the best use of the SpryPoint applications by way of business process analysis, communicating industry best practices and understanding the current and desired future states

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical skills such as relational database knowledge or SQL skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with senior management, clients, and partners
  • Clear and concise communication skills (written and verbal)
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning new skills and adapting to change
  • Confidence to work independently and collaboratively within internal and external teams
