Inbound & Returns Lead

Summary

The job is for an Inbound & Returns Lead at Trafilea, a fast-paced, data-driven company that builds communities and transformative brands. The role involves managing 3PLs performance, controlling inbounds and returns, analyzing and reporting on issues, and managing COGS and cash flow.

Requirements

• Desired technical skills: Power BI/Tableau, Lucidchart, Advanced MS Excel (macros), MS Access, SQL
• Minimum technical skills: Strong experience working with MS Excel (Formulas, pivot tables, databases), Experience in Google Docs, English verbal and written (Intermediate level)

Responsibilities

• The Inbound & Returns Lead focuses on controlling the 3PLs performance to ensure achievement of service levels committed and related to Inbound and Returns
• The role also supports activities required for NPS, COGs, & KPIs controls including continuous improvements and best practices regarding all Inbound processes
• Manage the Marketplaces Inbounds
• Analyze, report and help solving Inbound issues
• Pending Sync. : Audit to ensure there's no orders pending in migration between the eCommerce platform and our ERP
• Manage COGS. & Cash Flow
