Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B demand generation and/or content marketing
  • A recognized qualification in marketing, journalism, English, communications, or another related field
  • Experience measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of content campaigns and making strategic recommendations for improvements based on data analysis and industry trends
  • Editing and proofreading skills to ensure all content is error-free, clear, and aligned with the company's tone and style guidelines
  • Led teams on projects, including being able to delegate tasks, manage external resources, provide support, and ensure that all team members are working towards the same goals

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content-led brand awareness strategies that span owned content (blog, social, and web), thought leadership, PR, and virtual events
  • Build a compelling brand awareness strategy that aligns with the messaging framework to engage ICPs at the initial stages of the buyer’s journey
  • Lead content planning, design, and development across various formats, such as research papers, webinars, and customer success stories
  • Take a journalistic approach and collaborate with subject matter experts, external partners, and stakeholders to develop rich insights that support your campaigns and offer our target personas a unique point of view
  • Own content and demand generation metrics. You’ll focus on engaging our ICPs and getting them into our marketing pipeline, as well as metrics that influence entry
  • Go-to-market team collaboration
  • Analyze and optimize your strategy
  • Lead a foundational content team. You will work closely with our content specialist to develop their marketing fundamentals and writing skills
