Inbound Sales Agent

Summary

Requirements

• You'll have previous sales experience
• You'll need resilient and to be persuasive
• A 'can do’ attitude and motivated to improve yourself
• Able to meet targets
• Excellent relationship building skills
• You’ll need to be a people person, with great sales skills
• Active listening and understanding the customers needs are key in this role so that an appropriate product can be offered to the customer

Responsibilities

• Meet call handling KPIs
• Hitting sales targets
• Going through your outstanding tasks and call backs
• Attend training and upskilling sessions
• Team huddles
• You'll ensure customers get the best value from their UW account
