Sales Agent Inbound

Summary

Join our team as a Sales Manager and support our customers with all their car purchase inquiries. You will contribute to a smooth process and an excellent customer experience within our Autohero Retail Department, providing an unparalleled online car buying experience. Represent our premium used car platform via phone and email, converting leads into sales through personal customer service. You will manage the entire purchase process from initial inquiry to completion, acting as a competent contact person. Increase your attractive salary by selling additional services. This fully remote position offers a 40-hour work week, Monday to Saturday, with two days off.

Requirements

• You are a passionate sales representative! You possess pronounced and proactive self-motivation and are enthusiastic about your goals and closings
• You have experience in customer service and telesales - NOT A MUST!
• You have a self-confident appearance, are a communication talent, like to work in a team and are in constant and sustainable customer contact
• You value personal development and career opportunities
• You have fluent German skills in spoken and written form - other languages are a plus

Responsibilities

• Represent our premium – used car platform via telephone and email (no video telephony) and convince our private prospective buyers with your negotiating skills
• Generate your sales success through your personal customer service and take your success into your own hands
• You only have contact with pre-qualified customers (no cold calling)
• Support the entire purchasing process from the first inquiry to the conclusion and always be a competent contact person
• Increase your attractive salary by selling additional services such as warranty extensions, financing and much more via cross- and upsells

The work will be done completely from home and the shifts will comprise a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Saturday, two days off per week, from 9:00 to 18:00
