Summary

Join our team as an Inbound Sales Development Representative and make the first impression with our inbound leads. You'll engage with and qualify prospective customers, partner with Account Executives daily, and create a pipeline of opportunities for them to work and close.

  • You have strong attention to detail - you take great notes and are mindful of all of the information that will help us close a deal

Responsibilities

  • You'll be the first point of contact for inbound leads β€” these are 'warm leads' that have been generated through a marketing initiative (e.g., start a free trial, request a software demo, etc.)
  • Connect and engage with leads via phone and email to understand their business needs, educate them on how Fleetio can help, and qualify them as a good or bad fit
  • Schedule meetings between qualified leads and our Account Executives
