Influencer Marketing Specialist

Summary

Join Scribe's growing team as a digitally extroverted Influencer Marketing Specialist! You'll manage a roster of top-tier influencers, expanding our social media presence across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. This role involves end-to-end partnership management, from prospecting and negotiation to contract deployment and payment processing. You'll be responsible for meeting monthly quotas and maintaining a robust pipeline. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, experience managing client relationships, and comfort with data analysis. Requirements

• Have 2+ years of experience in any performance-based role
• Have 2+ experience in any client-facing role
• Be comfortable managing a pipeline with strict quotas and targets
• Have experience with CRMs and email marketing software (like Salesforce, Hubspot, Mailchimp, PersistIQ or similar)
• Know your way around and love using low/no-code automation tools (like Airtable, Notion, Zapier) to automate parts of your work so that you can focus on the important stuff
• Be comfortable analyzing and making decisions with data

Responsibilities

• Manage 50+ influencer partnerships at a time, from end-to-end, to meet your monthly quotas for views earned and dollars spent
• Prospect for new influencer partners on various social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook)
• Communicate with influencers and their managers (mostly via e-mail) to negotiate and book promotional content for Scribe
• Deploy contracts and processing payments for each partnership
• Review and provide feedback on all creative assets received, upholding our brand guidelines and quality expectations
• Daily maintenance of our Airtable CRM to keep your pipeline up to date
• Attend weekly team meetings with the Influencer Team
• Attend a weekly 1<>1 with the Senior Influencer Marketing Manager for pipeline review

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience building a social media following on any platform for any reason is an asset but not essential
• If you’ve ever launched your own side hustle online, that’s a huge plus!
• Experience working with creative talent
