Summary
ATS is hiring an Inside Sales Representative with experience in IT hardware, software sales, and services to support Account Executives. The representative will be responsible for demonstrating and selling ATS' products and services, developing relationships with prospects, tracking progress and results, researching target markets, and configuring solutions, quoting, and up-selling as a reseller. Qualifications include 1-2 years' experience selling a product or service, a Bachelor's degree, excellent relationship management skills, the ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals, strong communication, selling, and negotiating skills, familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, and knowledge of the Reseller Market and client ordering requirements. Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience selling a product or service
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Excellent ability to manage and build relationships

- Demonstrated skills in communicating, selling, and negotiating
- Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with the Reseller Market
- Familiarity with client ordering requirements
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate, promote, and sell ATS’ products and services
- Maintain close communications with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and [company name]’s overall market opportunity
- Configure solutions, quote, and up-sell as a reseller of servers, storage, desktop/laptop, security products and maintenance services
- Ensure the performance and growth of Named customer accounts
- Maintain ‘clean’ contact lists for all customer accounts, companies, opportunities
