Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of industry sales experience
  • Familiarity with using Google software, phone cold calling and email for pipeline generation activity
  • Proven track record of developing and selling solutions
  • Experience developing proposals and presentations and winning proposals
  • Clear ability to train on technology topics
  • A strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A charismatic, dynamic, extroverted personality
  • Understands how to establish and grow relationships while building a meaningful book of business and driving revenue
  • Very motivated and goal-oriented
  • Individually driven, but can work on a team as well
  • Must want a career-oriented environment that is both fun and professional

Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing information, and developing accounts
  • Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing information and explanations, and preparing quotations
  • Close new accounts to generate revenue and surpass quarterly and yearly goals
  • Develop accounts by checking customer’s buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features
  • Maintain and improve quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures
  • Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in enablement sessions
  • Report on metrics to measure performance
  • Identify opportunities and assist Bugcrowd partners and account executives to develop and close those opportunities
  • Work closely with procurement officials to influence and shape opportunities
  • Lead full lifecycle capture and demonstrate successful winning tactical sales
