Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a prospecting or closing sales role and/or restaurant operations. Experience with HotSchedules a definite plus!
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals
  • Experience setting initial sales meetings through phone, email, and social
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and presentation skills. Must be able to demonstrate during the interview process
  • Self-motivated, creative, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Technical proficiency with software. Experience using Salesforce or Groove preferred

Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities for workforce management solutions through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Conduct solution discovery and demonstrations tailored to the prospect’s business needs, challenges, and technical requirements
  • Meet and/or exceed monthly revenue and closed won unit goals
  • Qualify and route cross-sell opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Manage all information in Salesforce to produce consistent and accurate sales forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
