Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Implementation Manager, Integrations Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Solution Architect, System Analyst, or related role
• 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience working in the relevant domain (payment, fraud, risk, or compliance)
• Experience with APIs specs like OpenAPI, web development, and writing scripts to build internal tools (e.g., bash scripting, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, Postman)
• Experience with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts to technical and non-technical personas
• Exceptional analytical skills, adept at number crunching and deriving insights
• Natural aptitude for building relationships and collaborative teamwork
• Exceptional project management skills, synthesizing inputs, balancing stakeholder needs, and driving deliverables to completion
• Experience or a desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products
• Work closely with clients, offering end-to-end support during their onboarding process, ensuring a seamless setup for success
• Own public-facing SDKs, APIs, integration guides, and support documents
• Analyze clients' requirements strategically, technically, and functionally, designing solutions with a deep understanding of our system and product capabilities
• Manage implementation projects, overseeing project quality, timelines, risk mitigation, and driving deliverables
