Summary

We are seeking an experienced ABM and Integrated Campaigns Manager to join the growing marketing team at Weights & Biases. The candidate will develop and scale our ABM program while creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels. This role requires 3-5 years of proven experience in developing successful marketing campaigns, excellent project management skills, strong analytical skills, and a minimum of 2 years using a Marketo & Salesforce tech stack.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels such as paid media, email, social media, webinars, and events
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to drive decision-making
  • 2 years minimum experience in using a Marketo & Salesforce tech stack. Experience with ABM tech stack, such as Demandbase, 6Sense, or RollWorks preferred
  • Strong customer advocate
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target key accounts and decision-makers
  • Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and more to target key accounts and personas
  • Leverage automation to execute and test campaigns
  • Collaborate with our growth, product marketing, and content teams to develop compelling content to fuel the campaigns
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness. Partner with marketing operations and data science teams to build reports and dashboards to be able to share insights and optimize campaigns as needed
  • Manage and track budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI for ABM programs
