Requirements
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables)

Responsibilities
- Be paired with an experienced mentor on our Growth Team who will guide your learning and provide real-world insights into sales operations and CRM best practices
- Participate in a group orientation during the first week to learn about Levelβs systems, processes, and creative approach to digital marketing
- Conduct a full audit of assigned CRM records, identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Build and refine three targeted prospect lists to enhance sales team efficiency and outreach effectiveness
- Develop two automated reports or dashboards that track key sales metrics, improving visibility into pipeline performance and business trends
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to improve CRM data hygiene and streamline reporting processes
- Gain hands-on experience with CRM platforms and data analysis tools
- Apply problem-solving and process improvement skills to optimize workflows and enhance team efficiency
- Engage in weekly professional development training sessions and regular one-on-one check-ins with your manager to receive feedback, track progress, and refine your skills
- Independently own a project focused on a key content initiative, providing a portfolio-worthy deliverable
- Complete a final presentation to showcase your findings, insights, and contributions to sales operations
- Review, clean, and organize assigned CRM records to improve data accuracy and usability for sales insights
- Build and refine three high-quality prospect lists to enhance sales outreach and lead generation efforts
- Develop two dashboards or automated reports that track key sales metrics and improve visibility for sales leadership
- Identify inefficiencies in CRM usage and sales reporting, providing recommendations for improvement
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams, receiving hands-on experience in sales operations and data management
- Present key insights and recommendations to leadership, demonstrating the value of CRM optimization and sales process improvements
