Requirements

• Strong Microsoft excel skills and being comfortable with formulae such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF and other functions that may assist with the role (Essential)
• Highly organized, strong attention to detail and able to handle many different deadlines throughout the months and years to ensure nothing is missed (Essential)
• A willingness to learn and adapt as the requirements shift (Essential)
• A desire to keep up to date with local legislation and be comfortable to challenge (Essential)

Responsibilities

• Working closely with the HR team on receiving and processing payroll changes
• Maintaining relations with local payroll providers
• Answering employee queries around your countries payroll
• Processing, reconciling and paying any in country benefits
• Assisting with year end reporting and audit work in relation to your designated countries
• Assisting with any global/larger projects where required
• Assisting with the expenses teams processing of employee expenses including employee queries, auditing and payments when required
