Summary

Emma, a leading D2C sleep brand available in over 30 countries, is seeking a Key Account Manager to develop business relationships with European retailers. The role involves negotiating with clients, coordinating sales administration, and providing clear reporting and deliverables. Candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields, ideally with some e-commerce and stakeholder management experience. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Mirakl is preferred. Requirements

• Completed or soon completing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
• Some initial experience in e-commerce and/or in external stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Develop business and relationships with biggest European retailers
• Negotiate with clients
• Present product portfolio
• Steer performance and bring and develop best practices
• Coordinate sales administration
• Work with marketing, operations and customer support teams
• Be the link between global and local sales teams
• Participate in building the knowledge base to structure the team and foster fast and sustainable growth
• Provide clear reporting and deliverables, ensuring better decision-making and a more efficient relationships with our partners
