Summary
Join Alto's growing team as an Investor Sales Associate and be at the forefront of revolutionizing how people invest for the future. You will be the primary point of contact for new investors, educating them about alternative investments and guiding them through the process. This role requires strong sales skills, in-depth product knowledge, and exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets while adhering to industry regulations. Requirements
- Active FINRA Series 7 and 63/66 or Series 82 and 63/66
- 4+ years experience selling financial services to individual investors
- Proven track record in sales in the financial services industry
- Strong understanding of financial products, markets, and investment strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
Responsibilities
- Seek new sales by responding to inbound leads and conducting outbound outreach
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable products/services
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's financial products, services, and offerings
- Explain complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner to clients
- Conduct thorough financial assessments and analyses for clients, offering tailored solutions that align with their objectives and risk tolerance
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients
- Adhere strictly to industry regulations and compliance standards
- Ensure all sales activities and documentation meet legal requirements and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and financial transactions
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Prior startup experience
