Summary
Join Apify as our Infrastructure & Support Lead and ensure all teams can deliver by providing excellent infrastructure and support. You will manage internal SaaS systems (Google Workspace, BambooHR, Slack), implement new systems for improved operations, and manage company hardware. Responsibilities include budget planning, procurement, inventory tracking, and maintenance. You will also help automate team workflows, participate in onboarding/offboarding, troubleshoot problems, and drive Apify's infrastructure towards a scalable and automated future. This role requires a solid technical background, experience managing internal IT in a 200+ person company, and familiarity with various systems (Linux, MacOS, Windows). A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities
- Manage Apify's internal SaaS systems including Google Workspace, BambooHR, and Slack. Handle user management, permissions, and integrations between systems to ensure all employees have the tools they need
- Implement new systems, such as a service for SaaS management, automated access management, and other tools to improve operations and efficiency
- Manage company hardware including laptops, printers, network equipment, and AV setup. Responsibilities include hardware budget planning, procurement, inventory tracking, and ongoing maintenance
- Help our teams automate their work
- Participate in onboarding and offboarding of people, security compliance, and other processes
- Troubleshoot problems across departments
- Take over our current setup and processes, and find quick wins, set long-term goals, and drive the backbone of Apify to a scalable and automated future
