Summary
Join Salsify's IT team in Lisbon, Portugal as an IT Administrator! You will be a key member of a global team, supporting employees and ensuring smooth IT operations. This hybrid role offers a blend of remote work and in-office collaboration. You will administer SaaS solutions, manage Mac systems, provide technical support, maintain office equipment, and manage employee onboarding/offboarding. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of IT administration experience, expertise with Mac fleets and MDM solutions, and strong communication skills. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT administration, with a focus on managing and supporting Mac fleets
- Experience with an MDM solution like Jamf Pro, Kandji, InTune, JumpCloud, or similar
- Experience with SaaS solutions such as Okta, Google Workspace, Zoom, Atlassian Confluence/Jira/Jira Service Management
- Comfort with core IT principles and a passion for troubleshooting technical issues
- A solid foundation in IT and a willingness to learn and expand your knowledge
- Fluency in English
Responsibilities
- Administer critical SaaS solutions, such as Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian Confluence, Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Jira Service Management, Slack, and Zoom, to ensure smooth integration and functionality
- Manage and support Mac systems using Jamf Pro, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively
- Provide exceptional technical support to employees, addressing their service requests promptly and resolving IT issues they may encounter
- Maintain in-office equipment, including Zoom Rooms and Meraki network infrastructure, to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Manage the IT aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding, including account creation, equipment provisioning and collection, and access control, to ensure a seamless transition for new and departing employees
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues in the IT infrastructure to prevent disruptions and maintain a stable and secure environment
- Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and how-to guides to empower employees with self-service resources and reduce the need for direct IT support
- Identify opportunities for automation to streamline processes and improve efficiency, leveraging APIs and other cutting edge tools
- Provide on-site technical support for events in and around the Lisbon office, ensuring that technology runs smoothly and contributes to the success of these events
