Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as an IT Project Coordinator
- Experience in a Systems Integrator environment or Managed Services Provider
- Experience in handling small-scale to large-scale IT, Cloud, System and Network Infrastructure projects
Responsibilities
- Liaising and communicating with Suppliers, Vendors, and Carriers on behalf of Project Managers
- Compiling and reconciling artifacts and information to support project delivery
- Coordinating with Customers, Carriers, Vendors, and Company Staff to provide updates on orders and request additional information when needed
- Booking Field Services resources or third parties for tasks according to project deliverables
- Providing administrative support to the Project Management team in the bA Main LoB application
- Entering data into bA Systems to ensure efficient project delivery and support Project Managers
- Completing small single-task delivery components for customer orders as required
