Remote IT Project Coordinator

Summary

ConnectOS is hiring an IT Project Coordinator with a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Project Coordination, preferably in a Systems Integrator environment or Managed Services Provider. The candidate should have practical knowledge in delivering infrastructure projects using various technologies such as MS Azure, Office 365 Suite, and Windows Server. Nice-to-have qualifications include a strong understanding of ITIL Framework, excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and time management skills. The role involves liaising with suppliers, vendors, and carriers, compiling project information, coordinating with customers, booking field services resources, providing administrative support, and entering data into BA Systems. Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an IT Project Coordinator
• Experience in a Systems Integrator environment or Managed Services Provider
• Experience in handling small-scale to large-scale IT, Cloud, System and Network Infrastructure projects

Responsibilities

• Liaising and communicating with Suppliers, Vendors, and Carriers on behalf of Project Managers
• Compiling and reconciling artifacts and information to support project delivery
• Coordinating with Customers, Carriers, Vendors, and Company Staff to provide updates on orders and request additional information when needed
• Booking Field Services resources or third parties for tasks according to project deliverables
• Providing administrative support to the Project Management team in the bA Main LoB application
• Entering data into bA Systems to ensure efficient project delivery and support Project Managers
• Completing small single-task delivery components for customer orders as required
