The role involves reporting, research, inventory management, letter management, month-end reporting, and onboarding participation. Requirements

  • Must be a Colorado resident
  • Excellent customer service skills and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to closely review data and isolate data elements needed to support or enhance research
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new business computer systems
  • Strict adherence to professional ethics and appropriate management of confidential information
  • Security focused, with a working knowledge of HIPAA, PCI, PHI, compliance requirements
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent time management practices
  • Typing skills 45+ words per minute
  • Physical ability to safely lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Provide insight and details to what’s happening in our inventory, requests, and relationships with clients. Provide details and deep dive on issues for managers or clients
  • Run Reports, review trends and see where things are being stuck and not moving as they should. Identify outliers and issues that are causing inventory to not move as quickly as they should. Identify opportunities that Managers or Ops can make to meet performance needs or address gaps presented by Managers / Kory
  • Own and manage letters to the point of understanding and creating a better process to automate, limit or address letter challenges across the board. The expectation is a reduction or be managed in such a way that it’s not a primary responsibility. Eventually we will have a process/procedure that enables any support role to facilitate managing these going forward
  • Manage Letter Codes (same as above)
  • Work with EDI and Recon to continue closing month end and reporting
  • Participate in Onboardings
  • Participate in creating files and working with Client Systems to setup EDI Support team to take over going forward
  • Complete the first Recon for all new clients, complete a training guide and then hand off the Recon after the first month
  • Assist and provide guidance to Recon team
  • Other duties as assigned and determined appropriate for the position

Preferred Qualifications

Prior EDI or Data management experience is a plus
