Summary

You will work with the IT team to build out and refine our zero-touch endpoint deployment strategy, define internal support SLAs, and implement security policies across various third-party vendors.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an IT support/operations role
  • High-level customer service orientation with a focus on end-user experience
  • Comfortable working directly with executives and other senior leadership
  • Strong communication skills and ability to understand/empathize with users
  • Experience administering Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom
  • Experience managing and supporting macOS
  • Knowledge and experience with MDM tools
  • Basic network understanding and troubleshooting
  • Experience automating repetitive tasks

Responsibilities

  • Work with the IT team to build out and refine our zero-touch endpoint deployment strategy
  • Define internal support SLAs
  • Implement security policies across Okta, Slack, Google Workspace, Google Cloud, and other third-party vendors
