Summary

Hallow is looking for a bilingual Italian/English native speaker to join their team as an Italian Marketing Lead. The candidate will work directly with the Marketing Team, optimize and scale paid social media campaigns, manage Google and Apple Search efforts, assist with influencer relationships, and expand strategies on new display platforms.

Requirements

• Native speaker of Italian and fluent speaker of English
• 2+ years of experience building and running paid media campaigns
• Expert communicator and conversationalist in both Italian and English

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Marketing Team as Italian Marketing Lead
• Support optimization and scaling of current Paid Social (Facebook and TikTok)
• Lead and manage Google and Apple Search efforts
• Assist with influencer relationships
• Expand strategies on new display platforms like programmatic DSPs and campaigns in Google Ads
• Test new channels, avenues, and strategies to grow Hallow and user acquisition efforts
• Assist in running day-to-day presence across Italian social media accounts
• Execute marketing strategy across lifecycle marketing channels for Italian markets
