Requirements

  • 5 years + of experience in data management, operational support, or a related field, preferably within the service or construction industry
  • Proven ability to organize and manage data efficiently, with exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in job detail cards and client presentations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in handling customer inquiries, managing job bookings, and collaborating with internal teams
  • Familiarity with job management systems (e.g., Ascora, SimPRO) for scheduling and tracking jobs, along with proficiency in standard office software, particularly Excel
  • Phone systems experience (Zendesk, Ring Central, 3cx, etc)
  • Demonstrated ability to provide operational support and proactively identify issues, ensuring smooth workflows and effective collaboration with business managers and team members

Responsibilities

  • Organize, review, and edit data from job detail cards submitted by field technicians, ensuring accurate and professional presentation for clients
  • Extract and summarize key details from job detail cards for the accounting and quotation teams
  • Handle incoming calls, respond to emails, and manage job bookings
  • Schedule jobs for field technicians using our job management system
  • Maintain an organized schedule of works for on-field technicians
  • Provide operational support to business managers and other team members
  • Assist with ad-hoc marketing tasks as needed
