This role involves managing inbound and outbound prospecting, qualifying leads through various strategies, crafting compelling communication materials, and conducting initial calls with prospects. The ideal candidate possesses strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with various sales tools.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, such as SDR, with a strong desire for personal and professional growth
- Excellent problem-solving skills, creativity, and a growth-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in writing persuasive email copy and developing effective outreach campaigns
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changes
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, HubSpot, SFDC, Dripify/Expandi, Crunchbase, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, Outreach, CommonRoom, Clay, Cognizm, and Google Spreadsheets
- A flexible and adaptive approach to refining strategies as needed
- Native-level proficiency in English
Responsibilities
- Drive Humanitec’s growth by managing inbound (75%) and outbound (25%) prospecting efforts, creating sales-qualified leads that convert into opportunities and closed deals
- Qualify inbound leads through personalized email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, phone calls, events, and other innovative engagement strategies
- Craft compelling email sequences, cold-call scripts, and LinkedIn messages to enhance the lead qualification process
- Research and propose new tools and approaches to consistently meet or exceed quotas and remain aligned with modern sales frameworks
- Conduct initial calls with high-value enterprise prospects, gaining insights into their needs and aligning them with Humanitec’s solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience in the B2B SaaS sector, particularly within developer tooling, and are comfortable engaging with technical decision-makers
- Have a track record of success in a fast-growing startup environment
- Have experience working within remote or distributed teams
- Are passionate about cloud-native technologies and platform engineering
- Can accommodate flexible working hours to support prospects in different time zones
