Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5 years of sales experience with 1-2 years in a business development, or a customer-facing role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology company
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospects and team members
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to learn and grow in a sales career
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
  • Opportunity Qualification: Collaborate with Senior Account Executives to identify high-quality leads and move them through the sales pipeline
  • Sales Outreach: Manage and execute outbound prospecting campaigns, following up on inbound leads, and conducting cold outreach to generate interest in the companyโ€™s SaaS offerings
  • CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date and accurate information in SalesForce, tracking all sales activities, prospect interactions, and lead status
  • Customer Relationship Building: Establish rapport with prospects by understanding their business needs, articulating the value of the companyโ€™s solutions, and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor
  • Assisting in Sales Cycle: Support Senior Account Executives during the sales cycle, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and assisting with follow-ups
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales development, and customer success teams to ensure a smooth handoff of leads and maximize the effectiveness of sales outreach
  • Sales Training & Development: Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs, learning best practices for SaaS sales and gradually taking on more responsibility as you grow in the role
