Responsibilities
- Seeks to meet sales quota
- Understands basic business concepts, structures, and processes
- Conducts consultative conversations with in trial customers by asking key questions to understand their businesses and needs
- Performs demonstrations to show the value of Pipedrive’s solutions
- Contacts customers to follow-up and offer appropriate solutions to ensure that their needs have been correctly and effectively met
- Searches for business opportunities and trends in a proactive manner, and effectively applies this knowledge in the job
- Learns about Pipedrive to become a specialist in order to be able to provide the right fit solutions to solve customers’ problems
- Creates loyal Pipedrive clients by performing outbound calls of prospective and current trial customers
- Understands how to interact with team members, owning the appropriate tools for collective development
- Tracks and documents sales based conversations and activities in our internal Pipedrive system
