Junior IT Support Specialist

Summary

The job is for an IT Support Specialist who will administer users' corporate IT equipment, provide support in-person and remotely, troubleshoot and resolve user issues, implement change requests, handle support tickets, identify hardware and software needs, recommend IT solutions, perform advanced installation and configuration, maintain inventories, collaborate with other IT teams, and work with external vendors. A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required, along with good knowledge of Microsoft’s technology such as Windows 10/11, O365, Intune, Active Directory. Good organizational skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, ease of learning new technologies, very good English skills, and the ability to communicate at all levels are also required. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technologies or a related field
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft’s technology: Windows 10/11, O365, Intune, Active Directory
• Very good English skills (both spoken and written)
• Ability to communicate at all levels

Responsibilities

• Administrating users and their corporate IT equipment and associated software
• Providing support in-person and remotely
• Troubleshooting and resolving user issues
• Implementing user change requests
• Handling support tickets, logged by users, in a timely manner
• Identifying and tracking end user hardware and software needs
• Recommending IT solutions that meet business needs
• Performing advanced hardware and software installation, configuration and deployment
• Maintaining hardware/software inventories
• Collaborating with other IT Teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Collaboration with external vendors
