Junior Recruiter

Summary

Join our team at ALTEN Mexico as a Junior Recruiter to gain valuable hands-on experience in talent acquisition and contribute to the recruitment efforts of our company. As a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter, you will assist with job posting and advertising, screen resumes and applications, schedule interviews, maintain candidate databases, support onboarding processes, participate in recruitment events, and keep up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 6 months experience in recruitment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Assisting with job posting and advertising on multiple platforms
• Screening resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintaining candidate database and tracking recruitment metrics
• Supporting the onboarding process of new hires
• Participating in recruitment events and career fairs
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Preferred Qualifications

Intermediate English is preferred
