Summary
Staff4Me is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to support their recruitment efforts. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, phone screening, interviews, onboarding, and following up with candidates. A Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and 0-2 years of experience are preferred. Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office are required.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or related field
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using MS Office and other recruitment software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and Headhunting (Job posting, messaging candidates, cold calling, social media recruiting, CRM and job board database mining, calling past candidates who may have received vaccination, responding to chat questions)
- Answer incoming calls
- Follow up on applications and openings (Job posts check up, new applicants contact, update and open new positions as needed)
- Phone pre-screening and screening (Requirementโs check-up, qualificationโs pre-screening, use preliminary questions and assessment to evaluate candidates, resume filtering and verification)
- Provide information about the company to the new prospects and applicants
- Interviews with candidates (Screening, evaluation of qualifications and requirements, interview scheduling, interview planning, interview confirmation, send feedback)
- Onboarding process (Inform HR about the hiring, inform training, give instructions to the new hire about the onboarding process, follow up on training and applicant process, Background Checks)
- Follow up on Candidates and interview process
- Caregiver Retention (Phone calls to current caregivers to survey, report back to franchise owner)
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and legal requirements is a plus
