Responsibilities

  • Understand Job Needs: Talk to the agency team to understand what kind of people we need for different jobs
  • Find People for Jobs: Your main task is to find suitable people in the Philippines for different jobs in our digital marketing agency
  • Write Job Posts: Write simple and clear job posts that explain what the job is about, what skills are needed, and what the person will do in the job
  • Advertise Jobs: Share these job posts in places where people can see them and apply
  • Review Applications: Look at the job applications and find the ones that match what we need
  • Talk to Candidates: Set up calls or video meetings with good candidates to learn more about them
  • Test Candidates: Give candidates tests to check if they have the skills we need
  • Check References: Contact people who know the candidate (like former bosses or colleagues) to find out more about their work
  • Help with Hiring: Once a candidate is chosen, help with paperwork and guide them until they start working with us
