Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success role or as part of a delivery team within a law firm or similar sales experience
• A legal background is a key advantage for this role or experience in working with LegalTech teams
• A strong passion for revenue and growth and a deep understanding of legal technology
• Empathy towards customers and the ability to engage and present to senior stakeholders in law firms
• High standards of integrity and trust, with a commitment to developing excellent communication, listening, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivation and the capability to work independently to ensure successful project completion

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Team in closing Key Account contracts
• Take ownership of successful pilots/trials, engaging end users and defining clear success metrics
• Develop processes and materials to support contract closure and build client confidence in post-contract adoption and engagement support
• Personalise customer management by gathering feedback and providing product education assistance
• Create and execute account success plans to increase usage and adoption
• Analyse usage data for key clients and provide insights internally and externally on use cases and the value of use per use case/practice group
