Responsibilities

  • Support Sales Team in closing Key Account contracts
  • Take ownership of successful pilots/trials, engaging end users and defining clear success metrics
  • Develop processes and materials to support contract closure and build client confidence in post-contract adoption and engagement support
  • Personalise customer management by gathering feedback and providing product education assistance
  • Create and execute account success plans to increase usage and adoption
  • Analyse usage data for key clients and provide insights internally and externally on use cases and the value of use per use case/practice group
