Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in knowledge management or a related role, preferably with experience in CPIC and Enterprise Architecture projects
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Well-organized, proactive, and works well in a team-setting
  • Skilled in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences and collaborators
  • Skilled in translating public health information, data, and concepts to functional technical requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive knowledge management strategy that supports the goals of the CPIC and Enterprise Architecture Project
  • Design and implement processes for capturing, organizing, and disseminating project-related information and knowledge
  • Create, manage, and update project documentation, including reports, manuals, and knowledge repositories
  • Evaluate and manage collaboration tools and platforms to facilitate effective communication and information sharing among project teams and stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure team members are proficient in using knowledge management systems and tools
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing by organizing workshops, webinars, and knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Analyze knowledge management metrics to assess the effectiveness of knowledge management practices and make recommendations for improvements
  • Ensure all knowledge management practices comply with CDC policies and industry best practices
