Summary
Join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist and help drive business growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients. You will research and identify leads, maintain a client database, qualify leads through various outreach methods, and develop targeted lead generation campaigns. Collaboration with marketing is key to aligning strategies with brand messaging. You will analyze and report on campaign performance and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services. This is a remote, full-time position.
Requirements
- 12th/Graduate/post graduate from any field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach via phone and email
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Has a Laptop and internet connection
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels (LinkedIn, Provided databases, Naukri Portal, etc.)
- Create and maintain a database of prospective clients using CRM tools
- Qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach
- Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation strategies with brand messaging and campaigns
- Analyze and report on lead generation metrics and campaign performance
- Maintain a strong understanding of the companyβs products, services, and value proposition
