Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Generation Director to develop and execute lead generation strategies, drive revenue growth, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams. The successful candidate should have a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, at least 7-10 years of experience in lead generation, strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
• At least 7-10 years of experience in lead generation
• Strong knowledge of lead generation best practices, tools, and technologies
• Experience in managing and developing a team of lead generation specialists
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong project management skills
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive revenue growth
• Identify and evaluate new lead sources and opportunities
• Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics to measure and report on the performance of lead generation initiatives
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies, tactics, and messaging
• Provide training and support to sales and marketing teams on lead generation best practices
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in lead generation and apply them to improve performance and efficiency
• Manage a team of lead generation specialists, and provide guidance and coaching to ensure high performance and development
