Summary

Appcues is seeking a data-driven, strategic leader to manage their demand generation function, focusing on lead conversion and optimization of paid and organic channels. The Director will be responsible for setting targets, managing a team, and continuously optimizing for CAC and LTV.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage to lead and pipeline targets in service of new business and expansion revenue targets
  • Manage strategy, execution, and optimization of all paid and organic demand generation programs including performance marketing, content, account-based marketing (ABM), conversion rate optimization, events (in-person and virtual), and sponsorships
  • Partner with the content team to optimize paid and owned content distribution and nurture prospects throughout the acquisition funnel
  • Partner with the creative and product marketing teams to optimize and test creative assets, value propositions, landing pages, and email/ad copy
  • Partner closely with sales and business development on campaign follow-up, outreach strategies, and ABM initiatives
  • Forecast, measure, and report on the impact of demand activities on leads, pipeline, and revenue
