Director of Demand Generation

Summary

The Director of Demand Generation will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of all demand generation initiatives to drive qualified leads and revenue growth at Vouched, a company building an identity verification platform. The role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive demand generation strategy, website optimization, campaign management and content marketing, lead nurturing and conversion, data analysis and reporting, and working closely with the sales team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns that drive revenue growth
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation strategies
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives
• Define target audience segments and identify the best channels and tactics to reach them
• Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns
• Oversee SEO and conversion rate optimization programs
• Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of multi-channel demand generation campaigns
• Manage the marketing automation platform and CRM to ensure seamless lead flow and accurate reporting
• Develop and optimize lead nurturing workflows and email campaigns
• Implement ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies to target high-value accounts
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of demand generation campaigns and initiatives
