Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in demand generation, inbound marketing, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, content marketing strategies, and lead generation tactics
- Proficient in using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with Hubstaff's growth objectives
- Lead and mentor the content and SEO teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Drive the creation and optimization of content that attracts, engages, and converts our target audience
- Collaborate with the SEO team to develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive organic traffic
- Implement lead nurturing strategies that warm up prospects and convert them into sales-ready leads
- Partner with performance media agency to create and optimize efficient and effective paid search, paid social, display and video campaigns that can accelerate customer acquisition
- Oversee paid lead acquisition programs across CPC, CPL, and affiliate programs
- Utilize data analytics to measure, optimize, and report out on the effectiveness and ROI of demand generation campaigns
