Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in demand generation, inbound marketing, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, content marketing strategies, and lead generation tactics
  • Proficient in using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with Hubstaff's growth objectives
  • Lead and mentor the content and SEO teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Drive the creation and optimization of content that attracts, engages, and converts our target audience
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive organic traffic
  • Implement lead nurturing strategies that warm up prospects and convert them into sales-ready leads
  • Partner with performance media agency to create and optimize efficient and effective paid search, paid social, display and video campaigns that can accelerate customer acquisition
  • Oversee paid lead acquisition programs across CPC, CPL, and affiliate programs
  • Utilize data analytics to measure, optimize, and report out on the effectiveness and ROI of demand generation campaigns
