Join Collage Group as their Director/Senior Director of Lead Generation and take ownership of their customer acquisition strategy. Reporting to the CMO, you will build and execute demand generation strategies to attract, convert, and nurture high-quality leads. You will own the lead generation strategy, optimize the funnel, collaborate cross-functionally, drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and measure and refine campaigns. Requirements
- Proven success in B2B demand generation - 10+ years of experience driving revenue growth in high-growth B2B environments (SaaS, martech, adtech, or consumer)
- Deep expertise in digital marketing - SEO, PPC, email marketing, ABM, social media, and conversion rate optimization
- CRM and automation mastery - hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline lead nurturing and pipeline growth
- Strong analytical skills - ability to track and optimize key performance metrics, from lead funnel efficiency to campaign ROI
- Sales-first mentality - you donβt just generate leads - you think about how to make them better, more qualified, and more likely to close

Responsibilities
- Own lead generation strategy - develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across content marketing, SEO, CRM/email marketing, LinkedIn social selling, paid advertising, landing pages, and industry events
- Optimize the funnel - focus on lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue impact, ensuring marketing efforts translate into tangible sales opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally - partner with sales, product, and customer success to align marketing strategies with business goals
- Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) - work with sales leadership to target high-value accounts and refine inbound lead follow-up strategies
- Measure and refine - track performance metrics, optimize campaigns through A/B testing, and continuously refine tactics to maximize ROI
