Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle strategy, develop roadmaps, and execute on initiatives that increases acquisition, adherence, retention, and referrals
- Launch thoughtful campaigns across email and sms to ignite clientsβ healing journey with Mindbloom
- Architect seamless, personalized lifecycle flows across email, sms, and in-app channels that help clients complete their full program for transformational results
- Identify moments to creatively re-engage clients post-treatment with new programs that meet them where they are in their mental health journey
- Run bold experiments, measure outcomes relentlessly, and double down on what works to accelerate client impact
- Proactively partner with product and engineering to market new features and programs with high-converting campaigns that educate clients
